No, but well designed implant can mimic this kind of forehead reshaping in an adult who is not syndrome level

Yes this was my plan. also its true my case is not quite at the syndrome level, The issue is that the early closure as you can see in the before and after of the surgery causes the top of the eye ball to be smaller (lower PFL), and so I would need that expanded. For this I suppose a tripod?

Excellent result, giga life fuel for me. Love how the eyebrows became lower set from the front and less arched from the side profile view. He also looks much higher class with the less sloped forehead.
