I can afford within a few months but don’t want to over pay i think im gonna go for a middle ground something called special design . It’s not fully custom and not off the shelf implants . Its custom implants from other cases slightly adjusted rather then fully custom and should be like 5-10k less

eppley is good at these, i would go for it, go fully custom or dont do them at all

Never seen any great Eppley results, he bogs people. And told me I wasn’t recessed and didn’t need bimax, just implants lol. I would’ve been retarded going to him instead of Gunson for double jaw. Gunson advanced my maxillla 10mm and mandible 17mm so yea, actually I was recessed
