Custom jaw implant instead of bimax

Could a custom jaw implant camouflage upper jaw recession? I have a short mandible, recessed upper jaw and a narrow face, very narrow jaw. Could a custom jaw implant be efficient enough? We have seen many attractive people with a strong lower jaws and recessed upper jaw. So could a custom implant kind of camouflage it? So no normal person would
notice or make it look off.

getting double jaw surgery is the easiest ascension. im 16 with a deep bite so my maxilla is weirdly shifted downwards on my face (i have no bone below my eye and my front teeth overlap my bottom ones) so im just waiting till im 18. havent looked into double jaw surgery yet cus im not trying to torture myself when i cant do anything rn just wait till ur old enough and research tht shit and take out a loan if its needed
