Surgery. Actual bone is better plus there's health benefits to it (breathing) and that is amplified even with a very moderate level of recession compared to pre-surgery. You can also get bigonial widening during the surgery as I have just found out, just have to consult with your surgeon and figure out the limits of your Ramus.
