Job is a made up creation — just find something you like doing that makes enough to eat. Children should inherit the house in any normal family — and only move out if they have enough to buy a new place in full. There is no point in being an independent renting badass ahead of time unless you are forced to — it just creates problems and delays any growth in savings.
