Custom wrap-around jaw implant

I’ve never interacted with the surgery side of things on this site and have been hear since the start of 2023 basically

If I were to get surgery, it would be a rhinoplasty and some sort of jaw implant

I was looking at wrap arounds because my jaw angle is a bit steep, my jaw isn’t bad at all just not ideal. I’m looking to add vertical length along the jaw that smooths nicely into my chin, have less inclination of the jaw when viewed on the front.

Kind of like alfredo de la cruz. Though I like my chin as it is.

I was just wondering how much it may cost and what surgeons are effective at doing them, I live in the Uk btw

My jaw isn’t even bad at all, my jaw is similar to O’pry but a more med pheno chin width

I’m not recessed, my chin is slightly but it’s mainly because of teeth positioning

I just need a better jaw angle and tapering into the chin

All the wrap arounds look dreadful, Better off having genio of some sort and gonial implants
