Cut, lean bulk, or maintenance calories.

I’m 5’8 (173cm). 69kg (abt 150-152 lbs).

13-14% bf is my guess. Veiny vascular arms, no abs, leg fat, can see my ribs, face is relatively lean but has some fat. I’m also boneless so thats why my face isn’t as good at this bf.

Do I cut for summer, lean bulk (slight surplus), or eat at maintenance.

I want to cut to lower bf% but I think I am too small for that (not enough muscle mass).

I also want to get more muscle. Both are possible at same time but very slow. So which should I do? Summer is also coming up soon.
