17, 6’3 bare feet, done with puberty and I need the most optimal diet plan for a total body recomp, I ordered my test I’m planning on 250 per week and I obviously want to still be lean but I still want to gain muscle, can’t look like a fat bloated retard at the pool this summer so I need help fellas.

just find your maintenance calories and run that, calorie calculators can be good but finding out yourself what your maintenance is, is much better. just eat 1g protein per pound of bodyweight try to get around 50-60g fat and use the rest of the calories on carbohydrates. mark as solution and rep :)
