Cut my balls whilst shaving

I was shaving my shit when I had the bright idea of taking the guard off and going straight for my balls, immediately cut a good centimetre of my skin.

Should I do anything for the cut? I just cleaned it with water and applied pressure with toilet paper till it stopped bleeding. Lowkey worried about getting an infection
