Pick up the fork eat your carbs, protein, and fats. Eat your maintenance calories. If you under eat and workout your body will hold onto stubborn fat as a survival mechanism and you will still be skinny fat. Your not 20 percent body fat because your fat, it’s because you don’t have enough muscle in your frame.
