Im 15 6.2ft and 140 pounds wanna knoe if i should get super lean before it bulk. So i also have a attractive face when i bulk./lean bulk would like tips and help with it. If u were willing to coach a bit of the way drop your snap. πŸ˜ƒ
 
You should cut first, you will make a lot of gains because of the rebound effect etc

if you are lean bulking your face will not suddenly become unattractive. You will just loose hollow cheeks and gain tiny bit of fat. Just go for the bulk, why cut? The bulk will take longer after the cut. You will look ripped if you bulk then cut
 
well if i bulk. I dont wanna get bloated how do i prevent that. Dont say allat food stuff got that down. But like yeah and tricks. That aint dangerous and weird

If you dont wanna get bloated on a bulk don't eat junkfood only eat what you have to eat which is high protein foods to meet your caloric goal. I am on a bulk right now and I only eat meat and occasionally one junkfood snack. You will not get bloated on a bulk as long as you aren't eating 500+ calories of junkfood. If you can't handle cravings just eat one snack junk food a day that is below 500 calories and its fine.

being lean just means your eating less poision which is only helpful over a long peroid of time. Im just confused why you would wanna fuck up your hormones for a short amount of time by malnurishing yourself to become even more skinny, to just bulk up again which is very hard to do eating clean and healthy foods (even rice is unhealthy) most fat now adays is made entirely from made made up of endocrine disrupting oils being put into foods. This entire plan sounds like a bad idea but if you disagree or if i got something wrong lmk.

cutting is harder than bulking though. On a bulk you have the freedom to eat a lot, but you can't eat junkfood. Only like one junkfood snack a day like not much to not gain too much fat. On a cut you will be hungry as fuck but you can't eat.

Im on a lifelong maingain which is best for face imo most top models with appeal and good ratios have been a lean bf their entire life. Also I don't eat any junk food at all as its really easy to avoid. If your hungry just drink some eggs or eat some nutrient dense foods and your stomach will stop complaining. If you fill your stomach up with more empty calories like junk food its not gonna fill your stomach its just gonna make it want more junk food because the shit food didnt properly nurish the stomach.

Il bulk. I know all about good and bad foods. And i dont find bulking hard tbh. I just get insecure fast about being bloated. In the slighest. Im doing a low carb diet like 50 grams of carbs ish
