im at around 14% bf at the moment im going on a trip in 2 weeks and i wanna get down to maybe 11-12% by that time cause i dont wanna be a little fuck on the beach that isnt lean so do you guys think if i stay in a 300-500 deficit ill be good for the trip or should i go a bit more agressive on the cut, im already 2 weeks into it

2-3% in two weeks is very optimistic but if youre even going to have a chance to do it, it would have to be a pretty aggressive cut

isnt a 500 deficit enough or should it be even more agressive

i always advise 400-750 calorie deficits but if u want it in 2 weeks it would have to be 1k calories in deficit minimum

you wont cut down 2-3%bf in two weaks from eating in a 300-500 deficit unless your maintenance is really low.

my maintenance is 2.4 and im eating around 1.8 sometimes 1.7 how much do you think can i cut down at this rate
