Cut or bulk?

I've been cutting for 2 months now and have been planning to stop at the end of January. Do I start lean bulking, recomp, or do an extended cut? 14 years old, 179 cm, 60.3 kg.

The answer is ; build muscles on this twig frame.

Bulking will make you a pear shaped skinny fat. Cutting is absolutely useless, you're already like a skeleton.
Build more mass before considering these two options. So yes recomp to answer your question (slow maintain phase where you build muscles with what you have daily ; not eating under or above, just the right amount).
