right so im 14 (late bloomer) and have been doing a small cut (300 cal def) and currently about 17% bf. My goal is height and pretty much just maxing out my puberty before growth plates close, and im pretty active in the gym. Should i keep cutting until like 14% and then maintain or eat more earlier to try and maximize my bone potential
