peds aren't worth it unless you've got a good body to begin with, the people that take them because they look like shit just end up looking like shit but bigger.

no, mostly good insertions and your ability to stay lean, people who can't put the fork down naturally still can't do it on gear.
how do you tell good insertions? obviously i got to leanbulk and make most of my natty gains before i consider doing ped (i was just asking a general question in this thread) this is 1-2 month training .

you can't tell unless you've been working out for a while to begin with, that's the point.

how do you tell? because if you do you look good to begin with, it's not that complex.
