how do you tell good insertions? obviously i got to leanbulk and make most of my natty gains before i consider doing ped (i was just asking a general question in this thread) this is 1-2 month training .no, mostly good insertions and your ability to stay lean, people who can't put the fork down naturally still can't do it on gear.
you can't tell unless you've been working out for a while to begin with, that's the point.how do you tell good insertions?
