so play it safe, go there more often and on a random day you go there and ask like what do you usually order and if she smiles and smirks back or giggle anything that mean she likes you but if she responds like yeah idk dude a quick latte or somthin then its over

Yes play it safe. She could just be nice or accommodating. Don't be overt and directly ask her out. Maybe try to prolong a conversation and see if she wants to continue having it or if she tries to cut it short. Good flirting is never obvious. You have to do it in a way that can be interpreted either way (as flirting or not flirting) and she will respond accordingly based on how she feels.
