Can I cut anastrozole I got 1mg pills but wanna dose .5mg ed the pill has a split line. I already have been cutting them into halves but just wanna make sure cus idw to fuck up my e2 levels

cutting them into halves is just there to either make the swallowing easier or to make you take them in diffrent time periods like evening and morning or something

no the doses arent equal when you split them and eat 1 half everyday ur making the intake of pills slower by a half

Yes a lot of the pills already have creases for you to easily cut them into .5 for .25 you can use a pill cutter to divide them again.

yeah you're good. pretty sure the line down the middle is literally a feature so you can get your dosages correct easier.
