i am 17, 154 lbs and 6 feet tall. I am skinny fat, how bad is it to my development if i cut down to get abs? i hate being bloated like 50 percent of the time, as soon as i have a slip up in diet or dont drink loads of wster i just puff up instantly it is horrible

You're already 17 most of your development is done, you're good to cut

okay its just that people say your facial bones develop until around 20, and your height also so i dont wanna disrupt it

the facial bones thing is true yes, the height usually isnt true at 17 though.

You'll be fine if you do a quick cut, literally just make sure you hit all your nutrient goals and you won't even have to worry lmao.

The cutting disrupts development argument is only valid if you're literally starving yourself and arent getting enough vitamins in

You will be fine. You done developing in 99% of cases.

if you're measuring everything inside them and they meet the nutritional standard you'll be fine yes. Just make sure you don't go too under.
 
Its fine, do it.
Eat healty and stay in a deficit.

If you eat like garbage now, you can cut off fat and be more healthy with the right diet.
