Cutting at 15 yo 183 cm 70 kg, bf around 18% skinny fat

so as you can see ima 15 yo teen who wants to cut, im 183 cm tall and 70 kg, my bf around 18% i guess , waist is 86 cm and im skinny fat( i look normal when i wear clothes but without them my love handles so ahh. i wanna ask if i should start leanmaxxing and cut my bf from 18 to 14 atleast, my dad told me that cutting in my age is harmful for my health and can stop my growth but i dont wanna stay skinny fat and wanna be as lean as i can to have vampire archetype, cheeks fat face and love handles ruin my overall looks. im currently on 400-500 calorie deficit but eat a lot of protein and train 3x per week in gym and 2x per week have a basketball training 1-2 hours. i heard about reta sema and other glp-1 agonists but i dont have money for them and in my country its hard to get them, i want some natural methods to safe cut in puberty. i dont wanna ruin my height potential but dont wanna stay skinny fat as teen. any advices pls guys

atleast quit being a jester sports player and take lifting seriously lmao
3 days a week is not enough and the basketball ruins ur lifting performance since u are a nattycuck u cant recover properly for lifting

I went from 72kg 19 percent bf to 14 at 66-65kg. Maybe even lower. But now I’m getting a good physique im at 71kg 13 percent bf around

If he’s cutting, sport will be good. But yeah I agree gym should be 4x a week at least
 
did your growth stopped since u started cutting and how long did it take u, im planning to start serious leanmaxxing this summer

jus cant, i need to play basketball cuz my school has no other good players and i play it since 10 yo so its my routine i guess

basketball is a good cardio example so i lose more calories and speed up my metabolism, also HIIT reduces fat as i know,

i dont wanna big muscles and other shit, i just wanna be lean with some muscles but not too muscular

If ur cutting dude basketball a couple times a week is good it’s litrally free cardio just don’t overdo it cuz it can ruin physique

netanyahuinely whats the point in getting too big? i dont wanna be some gymcel who sleeps at gym and lift 200kg, also i do calisthenics and other stuff so if i will be big it would be uncomfortable for me to do my stuff
