can cutting as a teenager really stunt your growth, I’m not fat but not lean so I want to lean out for summer but have heard people talk about that it can stunt your growth

But if I eat enough neutrons and stuff like that and just burn the ekstra cals with cardio will that change anything
You can do a slow 500 calorie deficit, meaning 500 calories under your maintaince, aim for 300g carbs, 0.8-1lb of protein per pound of lean body mass and prioritize micronutrients as well

It absolutely can, but only if you take it pretty far. If you aren't taking anything to stabilize hormones and such, I wouldn't go in a deficit higher than 600 calories, and wouldn't let your bf% get under 10% (arbitrary numbers I made up, but roughly what you should follow).

Yes I am thinking just get a little leaner to have more definition and get a visible 6pack but not to be absolutely shredded
