Cutting at skinny fat

I’m 16 and I’m currently 5’6 5/7 I’m 157 and I’m stuck in this skinny fat phase and I hate it. If I cut down do you think I would stunt my growth?

I cut down to 120 my freshman year and then I gained 30 pounds, if I just trained and also did a slight cut to lose 20 pounds you think I would be fine? I’m currently in the 23%-25% body fat range

how am I supposed to know. I dont know how far you are through puberty or how old you are. I don't know when your freshman year was, or how long it took you to shave 20 pounds. Maybe the reason nobody has given you any sound advice is because you haven't given a single molecule of fucking background information.

I have facial hair, and it took me 5 months maybe to cut? I’m 16 right now
 
Eat maintenance and train. If it doesnt get better cut sligthly (200 calories) or do cardio or both

Just do a surplus of 200kcal and pack on muscle and use puberty to ur advantage for best growth and development skinny fat isn't that bad if u have good bones if ur boneless you'll probs look dumb

js do a extreme deficit for a little little 6-8 8-10 weeks depending on how fat u are worked wonder for me u only have to go to sleep hungry for like 2-3months 2 be lean for the rest of ur life

He's skinny fat so it's not that deep It's better to just bulk then have a good puberty and cut later on most people here won't look any better when lean cause their boneless

If you're skinny fat you're likely converting more testosterone to estradiol due to higher body fat. Cutting down to 12–15% body fat lowers aromatisation reduces estradiol levels and may delay growth plate closure making it a way better choice?

Most skinny fat people aren't even that high body fat % they just lack muscle from what I've seen

True most skinny fat people aren’t that high in body fat they just have low muscle mass and poor fat distribution. But even moderate fat with low muscle can still increase aromatisation slightly. So cutting to 12–15% while building muscle gives better hormonal balance and then bulking will give him way better results then just bulking. it only takes 2-3 months.

I mean yeah I understand where ur coming from but if ur in late puberty u could just cuck ur puberty and hormones

i'm 16 and cutting right now and i'm probably late stage puberty i plan on only cutting for another 2-3 months and then going back on a perma bulk

It’s not that bad, it’s just brutal being a high body fat right now. I can still talk to girls, there just ltbs. You can see my facial rating in my posts. So I might as well just keep bulking and see how that treats me.

Just have the best puberty or do max 2-3 months cut trying not to cuck ur hormones

you're already blackpilled and you should really just take hgh or you will regret it your whole life if you're below 5'10
I’m not scared of pinning, I’ve just heard you can get face deformity’s from it, like getting a bigger nose. Or is that just misinformation
