I’m 16 and I’m currently 5’6 5/7 I’m 157 and I’m stuck in this skinny fat phase and I hate it. If I cut down do you think I would stunt my growth?

js do a extreme deficit for a little little 6-8 8-10 weeks depending on how fat u are worked wonder for me u only have to go to sleep hungry for like 2-3months 2 be lean for the rest of ur lifeJust do a surplus of 200kcal and pack on muscle and use puberty to ur advantage for best growth and development skinny fat isn't that bad if u have good bones if ur boneless you'll probs look dumb

True most skinny fat people aren’t that high in body fat they just have low muscle mass and poor fat distribution. But even moderate fat with low muscle can still increase aromatisation slightly.
