Cutting back coke consumption

My teeth have taken a hit, im cutting back on my coke consumption and drinking more milk.

im taking my bone and teeth health seriously since I've began heightmaxxing.

Do you guys know any supplements for increased bone density and teeth health?

I only drink kefir and water, and for teeth health is oil pulling rly good, and obv brushing ur teeth
