Cutting but loosing gains and respect

I understand, but personally, losing weight is easy. Putting on muscle is hard. So I am going to maximize my muscle gains and squeeze what I can from my bulk and then cut to 10% -12% and stay there.

Lol all you had to do was make sure most of your diet was protein. I can eat 250g of protein a day @ 2,000 calories still lose fat and gain muscle

that leaves like no room for carbs or fats
 
what food do you eat to hit that and how many calories?
Breakfast - Anabolic French Toast (Greg Doucette)
Lunch - Chicken cutlets, broccoli, sprinkled cheese (or any of my meal preps) + protein brownies
Dinner - Protein Shake or Egg Whites
The key is eating what you like on a CONSISTENT BASIS
