I'm on a cut at sub 1000 calories cause for some strange reason I gain at 1200 calories which was my old calorie intake when I was cutting. I tried to get in eighty grams of protein daily to hold my muscle but I had a body scan earlier this month and I lost 1 inch in my chest and both my biceps. I bumped up my protein to 100-120 but I weigh 200+ so I use to consume 200 grams of protein to keep muscle while losing weight. Should I stay at like 100 and a little over for muscle maintenance?
