So i have a question, has anyone been able to diet and lose fat without a calorie deficit but rather a maintenance calorie intake paired with high intensity workouts to replace fat with muscle creating a steady weight but a lower bodyfat?
Ive sorta been able to do it, staying 200lbs over 5 months but gaining almost 10lbs of muscle whilst losing face and other bodily fats.
