So i have a question, has anyone been able to diet and lose fat without a calorie deficit but rather a maintenance calorie intake paired with high intensity workouts to replace fat with muscle creating a steady weight but a lower bodyfat?



Ive sorta been able to do it, staying 200lbs over 5 months but gaining almost 10lbs of muscle whilst losing face and other bodily fats.

This isn't something thats usually possible more of a false public belief. You've been gaining muscle and look less blaoted because of it which makes you look leaner

wordings misdirecting, the way to loose bodyfat is to use up your `fat deposits` for energy instead of glycogen
