When I first started cutting I felt really hungry, but now I don't feel like eating as much and feel nauseous if I eat a big meal. Is this normal?

High weight = need high calories and more food
Low weight = need lower calories and less food

Your body adapts to the new diet

The hardest part of cutting is the beginning and the end, when you're used to the diet it's pretty easy but eventually your body will get pissed off.

ur body adapts, ur gut can easily train itself to a higher or smaller appetite over time which is why fat people are just lazy

if you force yourself to eat less for long enough ur body's hunger signalling pathways will naturally decrease regardless and the quantity of food ur stomach will need to feel satiated with decrease greatly
