I mean don't do it not really worth it, but if you really want to, get a tattoo numbing cream and apply, then take a object (preferably midtier sharp) and go along your existing canthus, make sure to do this every 2 weeks for semi-permanent changes

Your ipd is horrible yes, you could dye your eyebrows and thicken/dye your eyelashes (or use latisse) for a safe alternative
