I have quit eating sugar for 7 days now. When i tell other people my plans they say that sugar is crucial for development at 16.
Is this true? or should i go back to eating sugar

everything is good in moderation. cutting out sugar/carbs to 0 is suboptimal and so is eating 500g of sugar daily. keep it within ranges and youll be fine.

Yes bro hop back on sugar, shovel 19kg of it daily for optimal igf1 stimulation 😂. Jokes aside, keep within the daily range, having a balanced diet is the true optimum

what do you define as 'sugar'

do you just mean you are cutting out junk food and chocolate etc?

or all sugars

Eat sugar my nga your brain loves it. It's the preferred fuel source for your body even if they aren't essential. Converting protein or fat into glycogen is a much longer process that your body does not prefer plus converting protein into glycogen creates a toxic by product named ammonia. Yet the body disposes of it through your piss but it just shows you the body prefers carbs for your glycogen source. Eat your carbs your body will give you a blow job for it. (rep and mark me solution it's the check mark on the right.)
