Endocanthion is just another word for medial canthus, and we know what medial canthus cutting is like... shit.

There's a giant risk of cutting nerves surronding the eye, particularly the infratrochlear nerve. You could even damage your common/superior canaliculus, which is responsible for tear flow. Overall, without proper surgerical technique, it will end up growing back and will look the exact same. So not really worth it.

Also, hurts like hell.
