cutting rn 1700-2200 cal deficit 145lb to 135lbs is that even healthy or working

At 145 lbs, cutting to 135 lbs is reasonable if done gradually.
1700–2200 kcal with a deficit depends on your TDEE. If still meeting protein (1g/lb) and micronutrients, it’s fine.
Avoid deficits >750 kcal daily for health.
Track strength and energy; if both crash, deficit is too steep

1700-2000 calorie deficit? So you are eating like 500-1000 calories a day?

Drink lots of water, protein, 50 minutes lf physicsl activity minimum daily. 10k steps. And sleep 7-9 hours a day. And ofc high density low calorie foods
