I weight 170 and am around 17-20% bf. I have good amount of muscle and freak ish proportions but no abs yet. I just started working about 8 months ago and have made insane progress bur for some reason i just cant get abs i can only see top two when flex. I think the problem is my waist is so small i just have like zero mass there. Im 17 btw. Before all this i lost 60lbs160 is really thin for 6'2, I'm 6'3 and when I cut down to 180lbs I looked pretty lean, probably 10-12%bf. What do u weigh rn?
Keep working out and work your abs everyday. Also keep ur protein consumption up. Try calculating ur daily caloric needs and eat 300 underneath that and maybe try some cardio a couple times a week. If you have high bf at 170 that means you gotta cut pretty low to shed that fat and see ur abs, probably 150. Thanks for the advice thats pretty much what ive been doing, i work out my abs on off days MostlyKeep working out and work your abs everyday. Also keep ur protein consumption up. The truth is you don't have a good amount of muscle if you're 170lbs and 17-20% body fat at 6'2. You're most likely skinny-fat looking at those stats. Your main goal should be to lean bulk/body recomp. not to cut to 150 lbs and be anorexic.
