Cutting weight without stunting growth to lose face fat

Im around 14-16 percent body fat but my face looks like 20 percent body fat.

I want to drop down a little in body fat percentage to try and lose as much fat in my face as possible, although a good percentage of it is genetic. I used to be like 10-12 percent and my face was a lot skinnier but still a little chubby

Can I go on a low calorie diet or calorie deficit but get all the nutritions I need without stunting my growth?

not always if u got a shit diet and bad genetics it will make ur face look puffy, i got good zygos but the facial fat makes it less visible

Sometimes but even then when youre robust & angular they're minimized. You can just have buccal fat but it should be gone at like 10%
