I’ve been fasting all day and eating one meal a day that is usually some sort of protein like steak or chicken sometimes i’ll have rice with it. why am i not loosing weight (don’t just tell me to eat less) tell me some reasons why i might not be loosing weight i work out every night by the way

Just look at urself take pics weekly the scale doesnt matter
 
are you saying i can loose weight without weight coming off the scale im confused
Fat but if ur doing it for a weigh in for a fight etc then try to sweat more since i assume at a defecit that high ur seasoning the fuck outta ur food

Yeah so ur losing fat

best way to get lean if u arent super fat besides dnp all protein and eating sub 1k is the fastest way to good results jus do it for a week or two one cheat meal or pizza / greasy foods can fuck up ur whole week on a 500 defecit

Humans arent perfect thats what im saying just stay on it for a few weeks or to kick start ur cut and be on a sligjt defecit the last week or two so even a 700 defecit feels like a blessing lol

You can cook a steak worth of 1500kcal and more btw, depends on sauces and oil.
 
olive oil salt pepper. i don’t go crazy lol
How much does the steak weigh, how much olive oil?
If it's a 16-22oz (~450-550g) steak it can be 1500kcal alone if not more, add 300-400kcal of olive oil on top and you are at maintenance calories give or take.

today i ate a 8oz sirloin and a little bit of grouper and some fries as a bit of a cheat
 
couple weeks, i’ll go off diet and have maybe like a cookie once a week (just to keep my sanity)
After 2 weeks of consistent -1000kcal deficit, I still sometimes saw my starting weight on the scale. Water weight can fluctate quite a lot. But you've been supposedly in even steeper deficit so the water weight shouldn't affect you that much.

I'd recommend to start counting calories and eat like a normal person, 2-4 meals a day, maintain a 500-1000kcal deficit.
Your diet will make you so miserable in long term you won't believe it. Not to say it's not very sustainable.
Idk what's your goal weight but if it's for example 160 - you'd need to be on this madness diet for ~90-100 days. Unsustainable. At some point you will break and gain everything back.

Track calories. There's not any one stop shop to lose fat other than eating less food than you need to maintain g. You're on a blackpill forum, where people preach REALITY. you're free to ask for coping mechanisms as to why you can't lose weight, but I don't want to see you posting this thread again in 6mo when nothing's changed.
