Cw rotation with high lefort 1= longer midface?

Fuck I dont understand this shit. i have 0 downward growth yet my midface is more longish wtf. Is it possible that the upper maxilla is downward grown and the lower fully upward grown or fucking what?

In under nose area probably yes
Your nose can't be lenghtened

I think it might but it doesn't affect soft tissue
like how a high cut lf1 technically shortens your midface but it’s like 1mm all in your philtrum so pretty pointless is getting it to make your midface more compact

ccw rotation only affects lower third, not midface length so that suggests that cw rotation would do the same

sorry I cant give a clearer answer but I don’t think it would.

Good I need a longer philtrum tbh. So my nose wont be lengthened even with high lefort 1 where they cut through the nose bone to advanche the Cheekline?
