I need CW rotation of the mandible due to having an already big ramus and combined with deep bite which has causes CCW rotation of the mandible if anyone know tell me

you need to open the bite with tads and then either use something to a herbt appliance to bring the lower jaw foward

Im 16

And i did ask for a herbst appliance but my ortho refused even tho i said i would not like class 2 elastics which would destroy my lip support still no choice since this isn’t with my money that im paying with

This is the only right approach for treating retrognathic short face syndrome, in your case the advantage is the big chin which somewhat camouflages the malocclusion. Your face is very interesting to look at, I would say the choice is yours here because I don't see a way out without the alpha male surgery package and proper collaboration with the right orthodontist. There are many more issues to address than just your jaw.
