i take calcium supplement and the only ingredient is calcium citrate and since calcium citrate is a calcium salt will it bloat me

Well if you want calcium get it from it
Preferably raw milk if u have it
And gerolsteiner is a good source of calcium and other minerals

i dont have raw milk sadly just lactose 2% milk since my low iq family is lactose intoleran thanks for the advice

Tell them raw milk contains lactase which allows u to digest lactose
