life changing + life fuel.
I have prominent nasolobial folds due to having class 3 underbite with a midface on the shorter side so i'm looking to get jaw surgery with a downgraft of the maxilla in the future.

Even if I go with him, I would probably still need Fillers or Implants later on.

Wrong. Her mouth area has been decompressed and her nasal base was advanced and rotated so the skin has significantly more space

If you do impaction you do the reverse, thats why impactions sucks balls, also ccw will bring back ans so you need bigger movements to compensate

yeah but surgeons should know if u do like impaction, the jaw complex needs to come forward, otherwise u just removed bone

Soft tissue manipulation in my opinion is one of the most important parts of hardmaxxing in my opinion.

Hence why most implants are overrated and aren’t necessary

It’s very case depend.
Example for me the trimax iam about to do is really mandatory if I want to do some other soft tissue work afterwise.

But the average guy, after softmaxing, prolly doesn’t need bimax or implants, only fillers,grafts or rhino at worst.
