Would it be possible to get surgery to improve cww rotation?
I know that it is sometimes included with lefort but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with getting it done

Not even there yet, I have seen a sleep apnea specialist who referred me to an oral surgeon who suggested it.

I had a class II overbite which was retracted by an autistic ortho when I was younger (luckily no extractions)


I’m fairly young and my parents want too ensure it’s medically recommend so I am waiting on the results of sleep test as recommended by the surgeon.

I am seeing a well known oral surgeon in the New York area.

I also struggle with sleep but my sleep study was negative even tho my airway is completely compressed by my jaw

This isn't CCW this is an external measurement, the actual maxilla has no measurements of change here
