Then u have never bullied people
Nah it's you. I get the logic tho. I remember reading about how many psychopaths have a lower heart rate when they're beating up their wives. You imagine that it'll spike it nonetheless but that's not always the case. Many bullies do it without flinching, like a walk in the park.
It's a question if it (funnily enough) comes naturally or you try hard to feel some type of way.

Psychopaths don't feel remorse or sympathy when bullying but it does spike their cortisol.

Cortisol spike is just a bodily response to uncomfortable situations So whilst a psychopath may not feel bad, he will still feel mentally tired.

@JackTheKnife , @mbolo

Recent research published in JAMA Psychiatry sheds light on the longer-term effects of bullying on bullies, targets, and bully-targets (kids who are both bullies and targets). Whatever the role played, bullying puts kids at risk for numerous psychiatric issues, including depression, anxiety, panic disorders, suicidal thinking or behavior, and agoraphobia (fear of open spaces, crowds, or situations that may be difficult to escape from). These problems persisted through young adulthood (age 26), the age limit of the study.

Bullying is mentally taxing. It's not that you feel bad but you have to remain on alert. You don't your target to get back at you. Think of it as an high intensity game...

I'm telling you many of them had a lower heart rate while they're beating up their wives. It's relaxing to them. As I said I get your point and it does make sense and happen to many people, but not to everybody. Many bullies do it with a smile and a relaxed state.

Based.

If bullying spikes your cortisol, as opposed to giving you something like an adrenaline high; then you're a pussy.
