I want to take something to gain muscle. I want something that’s relatively safe-ish and simple, I don’t really care if it’s oral or injectable I just want to get bigger

if you don't know anything about pharmaceuticals yet, you should opt for doctor prescribed trt and nothing else

need to give more detail, ideally would be test but you may not consider that safe but will be ur best to build muscle, could look into sarms. reccomendation would be hGH as it probably carries the least risks if not dosed super high but it also definitley not as anabolic as something like test or other AAS's

my advice for muscle would not be to research on somewhere like here and go to a steroid forum. i will list one below
