250mg Test E (16 week cycle)
Hgh 5 UI (6 months) will increase to 6 if sides are manageable
HCG (250mg) so my bawls don’t shrivel up
GHKCU if my acne gets out of control cause it’s already pretty shit

Reason I’m posting this is because I’m not sure if I should take an AI cause I’m scared that when I stop taking it my estrogen will skyrocket and my plates will fuse could I get some advice on what AI I should take at what dose for this cycle

at 300mg i was taking 0.25mg of Ananstrazole EOD, try 0.2mg. If you can get bloodwork base it off that.

Make sure to take aromasin, also ghkcu is for collagen doesn’t really fix acne. Take tretinoin, also increase ur GH dosing that’s barely more than what u produce naturally (4-6iu)

I would up the test to 400-500mg, and the HGH to 6iu, start with 2iu for 2 weeks, then 4iu for another 2 weeks, then 6iu (assuming you get minimal side effects from lower doses). Get a blood test before starting the cycle to see all your markers, 4 weeks into the cycle get another one to check your E2, if it's fucked then start taking 25mg of Aromasin EOD until the end of the cycle. Then at the end of the cycle when there's no more exogenous test in your system, get a blood test to see where your natural T is at, if it's the same as before your cycle then great, if it isn't, do a 6 week PCT, then get a blood test around 2 months later to check if they're back to normal, if not just keep waiting.

If you tolerate 6iu well after around 6 weeks of being on it then you can go up to 8iu, wouldn't go above that though. And no as I said before don't take an AI from the start, only take it if your E2 is fucked, so check 4 weeks into the cycle with a blood test, make sure to have an AI on hand before the cycle though just in case even if you're not gonna use it, so you don't have to wait for it to get delivered etc.

ive been on roids since 16 so like 1y I also made the same mistake on my first cycle of not doing enough test. do 300 test e and bump to 400 once at 5 weeks mark. HGH is good and GHKcu wont do shit for skin you need accutane low dose. Id suggest adding cialis aswell and AI on hand. Dont pin HCG unless you see that sperm is starting to go down becuase it takes a while for them to shrivel.

Adding info to my last reply, you don't want to take an AI instantly because E2 is also very important for bone health and mineralisation, so if it's at a normal range and you inhibit it, then it can have long term effects on your bone density and health etc

no hgh doesnt aromatise only some steroids do. test does, nandrolone, etc. The most effective compounds for androgenicity and anabolism that are sort of sustainable to use is stuff like tren and dhb. its doesnt aromatise so it will do what your test would do but much better. you use low dose of test to get very stable, controlled, low e2.
