I have likely been mostly though puberty I’ve been looking into puberty staging and height stuff for nearly a year by now ever since my cousin who is older than me and was always shorter suddenly got a growth spurt going from 5’6 to 5’10 in 3 months while I went from 5’7.5 to 5’8-5’8.5
My growth is slowing down(I grew 5-6 cm in last year) and my parents aren’t tall. I’ve already suprised my mph(mid parental height) by 4-5 cm and I’m still a freshman. I hit puberty around 11 and my phv was from 12-13. My current Tanner stage is 3.9-4.1 so I’m already in the slowing phase. My pubic hair pattern is already well developed but I haven’t started getting any facial hairs yet. My bidelt is 20 inches as well. Yes I do admit my sleep has been fucking terrible due to so much summer schooling(I’m not retarded it was a scholarship program for middle schoolers) my avg sleep in the past 3 years is maybe like 6 hrs. Nevertheless all these signs suggest I’m at my last stretch of height growth and even if I maximize all environmental factors, especially with my genes, I won’t reach my goal of 188-190+ cm. I parable have like 3 years before my puberty ceases and I’ll probabaly grow until 17-18 if I don’t intervene, and I’m willing to take risks
I don’t wanna crash estrogen I’m just trying to get a 30-40 percent decrease to slow bone maturation. That’s why I posted this thread. I’m looking for advice mostly on ai doses to optimally decrease e2 and how to better my cycles

If ur growth plates are already matured and your bone growth is slowing down that is mostly genetics. pharmaceuticals aren’t going to suddenly add 3–4 inches if your body is already slowing it's growth. they don't override genetics. idk what else to tell you but rep me boyo

My bone age is around 15.5 (.7 years above me)
I already have a clear estimate where I’m gonna end up, around 186-191
I usually grow in short spurts then I don grow much for the rest of the year like for 3 months out of 12 months I might grow like 3 cm then over the next 9 months another 3
Yes they don’t override genetics but they can absolutely help me in the final stretch and bring that estimated 186-191 to 189-196 if everything goes as planned. And again I’m willing to take risks. Rep me as well

For dose really should be as much as you can run but after 6-8 igf plateaus, 4 if your REALLY on a budget 6 if you can afford it then after 6 if your rich rich. just run your cycle, don't listen to the guy, but I wouldn't take AI if I was you unless if running test.
