If your gonna run IGF1-Lr3 I need to inform you its bullshit ,if your talking about Increlex its great but expensive so prolly stay with hgh

than hgh is your best option ,ai's are good if you can get bloodwork done and control your e2 levels ,
there are also more invasive options like fgfr3 inhibitors or pth analoges but i dont recommend them because of their side effects
