Cycle question.

What would be a better cycle? 500mg test e for 12 weeks, or 300mg test c for 16 weeks.

Neither. 1ml test e for 10 weeks is what you should be doing if its your first cycle. The more you take in the beginning, the quicker the diminishing returns you will have later.
