is 50mg test p daily enough? thats 350mg a week, dont know if i should do 500mg, i hear it has very little added benefit compared to 350 test p

im a little mixed on what to do with aromisin, all the roid forums say dont use any until you feel sides, but everyone here says take it from the start, so im between doing 6.25mg eod and increasing to 6.25 ed if needed, or do i just ldar the ai until i feel sides

you should check your test throughout the cycle to see if its too much or too little, everyone has different enzymatic activity so there isnt a set amount of mg that is good for everyone.

500 is better, you could still start lower and just see how you feel before going up

20 is good, you can do even more if you got some health side mitigation protocol, doesnt have to be big but something like telmisartan maybe, some cialis,obviously 2,5mg dut,

Also add some nac or switch the dnp for bam15 to reduce oxadative stress, id recommend the katter as youll burn a bit less than relative to dnp but the more targeted fat oxidation instead of more systemic effects will make bam way more tolerable and healthier
