Cycle questions

I have a good life and am just small as fuck and don't want to wait 5 years... I still have much to learn but want some clarification from some more experienced folks before I waste my time.

1. Is it possible to run a cycle and almost guarantee fertility after (like 99% not 95%)?

2. What should I look into if I would NOT like to stay on my whole life (I don't want to bother with social situations regarding that)

3. Simply just test and supporting things for about a year or is it more of a "your already this far might as well add xyz"?

I still need to figure out bloodwork and pinning and sourcing but I have some good ideas on that. Thanks bhais

Your most likely to gain fertility back if you take HCG the whole cycle and do proper PCT. This is a stupid question if you want info spoon fed to you dm me so i can rep farm or just do your own research.
