Cycle rating for 16 year old (need high iqcel)

yes i am.
but im also in the bodys peak of recovery, and the low reps and the time ive trained result to pretty much full muscle recovery 2-3 days after so i can easily train again

ur lying unless ur taking long ass breaks
training to mild discomfort isnt hard lol
it should be a 5-8 rep max pretty much
and you should be hitting a pr on every exercise most sessions as long as factors outside the gym are okay

I am hitting a pr on every exercise on every session
Im training to failure, sometimes too much since i get fucking dizzy and my ears start saying that bright sounf

so you are getting fatigued
also i wouldnt train until failure all time time
and if you're actually hitting a pr every session than you are growing, though strength does come a bit faster than size gains
